Tóm tắt

Dân số người cao tuổi (≥60 tuổi) đang tăng nhanh trên toàn thế giới, dự kiến đạt 2,1 tỷ vào năm 2050. Việc chuyển dịch từ mô hình chữa bệnh sang phòng bệnh chủ động là yêu cầu cấp thiết trong y tế lão khoa hiện đại. Tổng quan các bằng chứng mới nhất (2022–2025) về các biện pháp chăm sóc phòng bệnh cho người cao tuổi. Tổng quan hệ thống từ PubMed, Cochrane Library, WHO (2022–2025). Can thiệp đa thành phần và khung ICOPE phiên bản 2 (WHO, 2025) là nền tảng thực hành chuẩn hóa cho chăm sóc phòng bệnh người cao tuổi.
